Ingredients
1 | pk | Chicken Noodle Soup (MF) |
1 | T | Mozzarella (lowfat) |
1⁄8 | c | Tomato Sauce (or pizza sauce / marinara) |
1 | T | Egg-Beaters |
1⁄4 | c | Water (approximately) |
Instructions
Put chicken noodle soup in a blender to grind the noodles into a powder;
Pour soup powder into a bowl; Add 1 TB of eggbeaters and the 1/4 cup of
water a little at a time and mix all ingredients together until doughy.
Add any pizza seasonings of your choice at this point.Take your pizza
crust dough and spread it out thinly on an aluminum foil lined baking
sheet sprayed with Pam.Put in the oven at 450 for about 8-10 mins...or
until the edges are browned. Then take out the pizza crust, put on your
sauce (as much as you need) and a little cheese and any veggies you want
to minus off green and place in Broiler for 2-3 mins.
